Please check below the download limits for the different users:

Non-registered user
A user who is not registered at Stock-Templates.com, has a limit of 1 download per day.
If you want to extend this limit, you need to register or purchase one of our Premium plans.

Registered free user
As a registered free user, you have a limit of 3 downloads per day.
If you want to extend this limit, you need to purchase one of our Premium subscriptions.

Premium user
As a Premium user, you have a limit that depends from a Plan or Package you've purchased:
Monthly plan - 10 Downloads per day, 300 Downloads in a month.
Annual Basic - 50 Downloads per day, 1500 Downloads in a month.
Annual Unlimited - there are no any limits for downloads in a day or in a month.
On Demand - prepaid access packages allow you to make all the downloads in one day, or to download needed assets within 1 year from the moment of purchase.
We want to allow our users to download a high number of resources. However, to avoid an irresponsible use of our template and images, we have established this limit.

If you download the same file more than once in the same day, it will count just as one download. So for example, if you download the same template 3 times today, you will still have 49 downloads left for that day. Nevertheless, if you reach the 50 limit, you won't be able to download any more files, even if you have downloaded the same files earlier in the day.

If you download a file you have already downloaded on a previous day, it will count as a new download from the 50 enabled for the day.

We feel that the number of downloads permitted are enough for most of our users but we understand that, in specific situations, you may need to download more resources and that still might be in accordance with our terms of use. If you think this applies to you, please contact us explaining your situation and we will be happy to help.

Most web browsers include a feature to block pop-up windows. While this may eliminate unwanted or bother some pop-up windows, the feature sometimes can impede the functionality of our website - the download process may won't start because the pop-up window is simply blocked by your browser.

Note: If you have installed third party applications to block pop-ups (examples include the Google, MSN, and Yahoo toolbars), be sure to consult the vendor documentation to allow pop-up windows for Stock-Templates website.

Stock-Templates uses 2CO payments getaway. All the payments are securely processed by this service which currently accepts the following payment methods:

Credit and debit cards: Stock-Templates accepts payments by credit and debit cards, as long as these are enabled for online payments. Please note that Stock-Templates Limited company is based in Britain and our plans are linked to an automatic renewal cycle, therefore international and recurring payments need to be allowed too.

Paypal: payments can be made by Paypal. Please note that in some occasions, and depending on the location, the system may ask you to enter a credit card number, but the charge will still be made to your Paypal account.

Pay with Amazon: Amazon Pay is a service that lets you use the payment methods already associated with your Amazon account to make payments for our plans. To make a payment, you can use any of the payment methods on file in your Amazon account.

Webmoney: WebMoney, is an online payment settlement system.

Wire Transfer: Please be aware that payment confirming of a Wire Transfer may take up to 7 business days. If you need to get instant access to our Premium resources, we suggest you to make the payment by using any of the described above methods.

Please note that Stock-Templates do not accept any other payment methods.

At Stock-Templates we want you to be happy. So, if you are not completely satisfied with our services, we offer a 30-day refund guarantee.

You can get the full refund within 30 days from the purchase date, if and when, you didn't get to use the service, that is, you haven't downloaded any resource.

You can only request the refund of the current billing period. Please note that previous subscriptions as well as the previous periods of the current subscription cannot be refunded.

It is important that you send the refund request from the email address linked to your Stock-Templates account in order to authorize it. If possible, please include the payment ID so we can complete the process as quickly as possible.

If you don't remember the email address linked to your Premium account, please provide us with the following details in order to find your payment:
Last 4 digits of the card used for the payment
Expiry date on the card
Exact date of the payment
Paypal users: Paypal email address and/or payment reference

You can cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription from your user account. Just click on the My Account button on the top right corner of the screen, and choose "Subscription" command in My Account menu. There will be a button to "Stop Recurring".

Please be aware that the "Stop Recurring" button will become available 24 hours after we have received your payment.

By cancelling the automatic renewal, you are not ending your Premium plan. This will remain active until the end of the period you have paid for (whether this is monthly or annual), but you will no longer be charged for this subscription going forward.

All Stock-Templates Premium plans, except On Demand Plans, are renewed automatically by default:
- if you buy a monthly plan, the system will charge the renewal one month after the first payment is made;
- if your plan is annual, the renewal will be charged 12 months after the first payment.

Stock-Templates will send a friendly notification email in 7 days prior of the charge, and also a confirmation email after the renewal payment has been processed.

The automatic renewal option can be easily cancelled from your user account and no cancellation fee will be applied.

Keep in mind that, if the automatic renewal is cancelled, it will not be possible to reactivate it. This means that, once your current plan ends, on the due date, the premium access will be deactivated. If you then want to continue as a Premium member, you just need to buy a new premium plan from the site.

Please note that Stock-Templates subscriptions cannot be renewed before the due date since this is an automated process.

If you buy a premium plan using a discount, this will just be applied to the first payment. Once the subscription renewal is processed automatically by the system, the amount charged will be the standard as per the plan you have selected.

You are free to use our templates for both personal and commercial purposes.

You are not allowed to:

- Sublicense, sell or rent any Stock-Templates Content (or a modified version of it)

- Distribute Stock-Templates Content unless it has been expressly authorized by Stock-Templates

- Include Stock-Templates Content in an online or offline database or file

- Offer Stock-Templates templates (or modified versions of Stock-Templates templates) for download

- Acquire the copyright of any Stock-Templates Content
